- A branded ordering page where customers order for collection themselves, replacing phone calls. It's not a marketplace: the customers and the brand stay yours.
- How much does it cost? Are there per-order fees?
- A flat monthly subscription, with no per-order commission. Any card-processing fees are the payment provider's and go straight to you, like a normal card machine.
- How does the free trial work?
- You sign up and get your store on a free trial straight away, with no card. You'll add a payment method only when you decide to continue.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. No minimum term: cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- Which businesses is it for?
- Any business that takes orders online for collection: restaurants and pizzerias, bakeries and patisseries, producers, shops and small stores.
- Which languages and currencies does it support?
- Italian and English, with EUR or GBP, correct timezone and formatting. Choose your market at signup and change it anytime.
- Can I accept card payments?
- Yes, optionally. The money goes straight to you via the payment provider; Prontordina takes nothing on orders.
- Do I need a printer?
- No, it's optional. You can print order tickets from the browser or a network printer, automatically on accept, when you're ready.
